Choice
All applicants are given open notice and the choice to provide personal information. Notices include data transfer location and data security provisions. Information can be corrected and updated at any point in the application process by logging into the online job center.

Information Collection and Use
Personally Identifiable information is collected at a number of points throughout the source4talent application process. Applicants have the choice to enter information to client companies via e-mail or by direct entry through the client's online career centers.

Applicants have the ability to remain anonymous during the initial stages of the application process. All information requested directly relates to the job application process. Applicant data is stored in order to facilitate the decision making process and to allow for future position consideration, placement and employment.

Correction/Updating Personal Information
If an applicant's personally identifiable information changes source4talent provides a way to correct and update that user's personal information. This can be done by accessing the client's online job center. If an applicant desires to remove his/her information from the system, he/she must contact the client in which he/she applied with.

Opt-out
At this time source4talent technology does not provide email notifications within the system. Any client mailings and notifications are at the discretion and execution by the client. Applicants should address all email notifications with the client.

Notification of Changes.
If Direct Recruiting Solutions Inc. changes the applicant tracking system privacy policy, those changes will be posted on the source4talent website and on the client online job centers so applicants are always aware of what information is collected, how it is used, and under what circumstances, if any, it is disclosed.

Please be aware that Direct Recruiting Solutions Inc. is not responsible for the privacy practices of its clients. Direct Recruiting Solutions Inc. encourages users read the privacy statements of each and every company to which they apply. This privacy statement applies solely the role the source4talent technology plays in collecting and storing applicant data.

Security
Direct Recruiting Solutions Inc. takes every precaution to protect all users and applicant information. When users submit sensitive information via internet, the information is protected both online and off-line.

All applicant information is restricted in the corporate office. Only employees who have direct client permission are granted access to personally identifiable information. Direct Recruiting Solutions Inc. employees must use password-protected screen-savers when they leave their desk. When returning, the employee must re-enter their password to re-gain access to any information. Furthermore, all Direct Recruiting Solutions Inc. employees are kept up-to-date on security and privacy practices. Every quarter, as well as any time new policies are added, Direct Recruiting Solutions Inc. employees and contractors are notified and/or reminded about the importance placed on privacy, and what can be done to ensure that customers' information is protected. All servers that store personally identifiable information on are kept in a secure environment.
