Sr. Member Technical Staff, Device Integration
Position Type: Full-Time Exempt

Job Description:
  • Enable customers with technology solutions
  • Provide integration support for device design, test-chip design, process architecture design as applicable
  • Technology integration on a variety of device types for CMOS, Memory, HV Analog, and MEMS"

  • Prepare and make technical marketing/sales presentations to external customers and internal management
  • Work with customers on novel material integration and develop solutions for process integration
  • Lead internal technical teams to solve customer and internal process challenges

  • Communicate effectively in English – written and verbal
  • Use Microsoft Office suite at intermediate level or better (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Establish effective relationships with customers and value chain suppliers
Knowledge/Skills/Training Required:
  • PhD in electrical/chemical engineering, or related PhD degree required
  • 10+ years experience in semiconductor industry  
Other Requirements:
  • Knowledgeable in CMOS, Bipolar, BiCMOS, LDMOS, High Voltage, EEPROM, SiGe HBT, TSV and MEMS
  • Experience using DOE methodology and analysis of results, bench testing devices, working with unit process engineers to set-up process flows
  • Technical understanding of reliability characteristics on wafer and package level
  • Experience with process blocks that include poly resistors, poly-poly capacitors, MIM capacitors, gate substrate capacitors, inductors, variactors, Low & zero Vt transistors, Triple-well isolated NMOS and PMOS transistors
  • Knowledgeable on CMOS transistor device performance for FEOL and BEOL applications
  • Demonstrate an understating of simple Layout and Design Rules
  • Knowledge and experience for RAD Hard device integration for potential defense/mil/aero applications
  • Technology transfer experience to high volume manufacturing
  • Experience working with external customers on successful completion of engineering projects

Able to work in semiconductor fab environment: full clean room suit, safety glasses, etc.
