Sr. Photolithography Development Engineer
Position Type: Full-Time Exempt

 Job Description:

 Member of photolithography team, providing expertise and project management to provide solutions to customer challenges

·        
Photolithography development support for a broad based of technology development e.g. MEMS, Memory, MRAM, PCM, RRAM, Bio technology, photonics metals, etc

·         Work closely with customer and integration engineers to understand specifications and deliver lithography solutions.

·         Provide engineering ownership of various fab tools

·         Act as a technical project leader for projects of variable scope

·         Work in a highly collaborative, diverse, team-supportive environment

·         Interact with and present to customers’ engineers and management team

·         Establish mutual trust and respect at all levels of the organization

·         Communicate and work with customers in solving difficult technical problems

·         Coordinate engineering, maintenance, and operations personnel for multiple concurrent projects

·         Work closely with customer and integration engineers to understand specifications and deliver effective solutions

·         Prepare and make presentations to external customers and internal management

 Basic Qualifications :

·         Must have at minimum, a Bachelors Degree with a minimum of 5 years process/design engineering experience in a semi-conductor fabrication manufacturing and/or R&D environment
·         Must have excellent presentation, written and oral communication skills to work with customers and all levels within the organization
·         Must be fluent in written and verbal English 
·         Understanding of semiconductor devices, process integration and engineering

·         Project management skills to manage time and provide support for customers, fab issues, and internal projects to meet successful milestones

·         Experience with resist process, illumination, alignment, and metrology optimization

·         Working knowledge of 193nm, DUV, iline, and/or MEMS processing

·         Basic knowledge of other fab process tools and areas (thin films, litho, etch, etc)
·         Experience supporting multiple process tools and continuously drive operations improvements in reducing cost and maintaining Cp/Cpk
·         Ability to design and perform DOE's for process development and process optimization

·         Working knowledge of SPC and its use in process control

·         Strong technical and problem solving skills
