Senior Facilities Support Technician – Solar

Position Purpose:
? Provide general maintenance support for solar cleanroom facilities needs.
? Support the success of the facilities organization from design through implementation, including electrical, mechanical, gas lines, ducting, gas distribution systems, decontamination, earthquake bracing, and other facilities projects.
? Ensure that design, construction, and maintenance comply with company, city, county and all other applicable codes and protocols
Key Tasks/Duties/Responsibilities of this Position:
? Support fire life and gas life safety needs, including participation in safety and fire department walkthroughs and inspections.
? Support ongoing maintenance requirements of all fire life and gas life safety equipment.
? Troubleshoot, repair, and replace detection equipment faults/failures.
? Participation/certification in on-site Emergency Response Team (ERT)
? Provide ERT response to support fire life and gas life safety incidents
? May be required to provide after-hours and/or weekend coverage for facilities support and emergency
? Other responsibilities as assigned by employer and/or client

? Must be detail-oriented
? Experience in interfacing and coordinating with members of various departments
? Strong written and verbal communication skills
? Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills

Technical Skills |
? General facilities knowledge including HVAC, power, air handlers, scrubbers, building systems controls, etc.
? Experience in fire life and gas life safety
? Proven ability to lead and support facilities projects.
? Thorough understanding of cleanroom operations.
? Emergency Response Team (ERT) experienced.
? Strong computer skills including experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access applications.

Knowledge/Skills/Training Required:
? Should have a college degree with 7+ years of industry experience, or 10+ years of industry experience.
? Must have experience working in a semiconductor production environment
? Emergency Response Team Member 3+ years of experience
? AutoCAD 5+ years of experience
Other Special Conditions / Requirements:
? No Travel is required
? Local candidates only - no relocation will be provided
? Must conform to OSHA Standards
? Must confirm to Security Monitoring Systems
