Position Purpose:

Will be a member of the Process Engineering group supporting Litho activities in SVTC FAB2 Austin

Key Tasks/Duties/Responsibilities of this Position:                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                      

The Process Engineering group provides stable processes and tool configurations for customers of SVTC.. 

These processes include both 200mm and 300mm wafers for external test wafer, and custom development

customers. 

This group provides DUV and 193 lithography patterning solutions for SVTC customers

Interpersonal Skills: Work well with customers and teams of engineers, operators, and technicians. 

Communication Skills: Able to communicate effectively in a customer service environment. 

Understand Intellectual Property with respect to content and audience per SVTC provided training.

Technical Skills: Hands on experience with litho process sustaining on DUV and 193 lithography and

process interaction.  

Professional Skills: Knowledge of SPC and other FAB quality systems. 

Other Attributes: Needs to be courteous to customers and be able to react to events 24x7

Knowledge/Skills/Training Required:                                            

Demonstrated experience and ability to complete the Key Tasks, plus:

5 - 7+ years experience in clean room operations.  

BS Engineering. 

Experience with SPC and DOE methology. 

Experience with working with equipment vendors

Specific Support and development areas will include:              

ASML Twin Scan, Micrascan III, and Suss 1x exposure tools   

Suss Falcon, DNS 80B, TEL ACT8/12, Suss Coat tracks     

AMAT NanoSem and VeritySem CD SEM Metrology      

KLA 5100 and 5300 Overlay Metrology                                 

Film Thickness and Defect Metrology                                  

Special Physical Requirements:                                                        

Will have to be able to wear a full smock/bunny suit and work in a clean room.

 Should not be allergic to latex gloves

Other Special Conditions/Requirements:                                  

Need to have flexible working hours.

Able to work a shifted schedule to include Saturdays.
