Job Title: Project Specialist - Xperidesk

Looking for an individual to assist in the plan, execution and lead the rollout of a new software database (Xperidesk) that is key to SVTC’s strategic objectives. This position is approximately for 1 year.
Become the resident expert on Xperidesk (no prior experience with the specific software needed – all training will be provided by the vendor)
Coordinate and manage the training for the company.
Monitor the flow of information to the system and generate weekly reports.
Help setup templates in the system (requires getting to know Fab equipment and recipes) and personally collect and enter large amounts of information into the system to meet the project goals
Able to commit for approximately 1 year for this project role out.
BS or MS degree in a technical field.
2+ years in experience & familiarity with semiconductor processing and Fab operations as well as databases.
Prior experience in Software Project Management is highly desirable.
Outstanding communication in English and strong organizational & presentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders
Capable of communicating at all levels inside and outside company.
Capable of working independently and under pressure.
Excellent organizational skills with demonstrated ability to execute projects on time and on budget
